While 3 on Scott is a beautifully renovated building with modern amenities, it does not have 24/7 on-site security due to its size and intimate community. Instead, we have implemented robust security measures including biometric access controls and off-site monitoring of all perimeter cameras. Additionally, a maintenance man is on-site from Monday to Saturday.
